Welcome to TranslatorTurkish.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, translation, or interpretation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any project or payment.
1. Services Provided
TranslatorTurkish.com provides professional translation and interpretation services between Turkish and English. Services may include document translation, proofreading, editing, and language consulting.
All translations are performed by qualified translators to the best of their professional ability, with due care to accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Quotes and Payments
Project quotes are based on the word count, subject matter, and urgency. Quotes provided before reviewing the full material are estimates and subject to adjustment upon document review.
Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. Work will only begin once payment or a signed service agreement is received.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final once translation or interpretation work has begun. Refunds are not provided unless expressly agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.
Revisions and minor corrections are included within the scope of the original project when requested within seven (7) days of delivery.
4. Confidentiality
All documents and communications shared with TranslatorTurkish.com are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose, distribute, or share client materials with any third parties, except subcontractors engaged under written confidentiality agreements or when required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit the content for translation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and legible materials. TranslatorTurkish.com is not responsible for errors arising from illegible text, incomplete information, or unclear instructions.
Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final translation before use in any legal or official capacity.
6. Intellectual Property
The translated document remains the intellectual property of TranslatorTurkish.com until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, all translation rights are transferred to the client.
TranslatorTurkish.com retains the right to maintain anonymized samples for internal quality assurance unless the client opts out in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
TranslatorTurkish.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations caused by incomplete or misleading source material. Liability, if ever applicable, will be limited to the total amount paid for the relevant project.
8. Revisions and Delivery
Completion timelines will be communicated before project acceptance. While we strive to meet all delivery dates, unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. Clients will be informed promptly if this occurs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
