Confidentiality

My documents have sensitive information. Is my information secure?

We understand the importance of confidentiality and are aware of the sensitive nature of many texts supplied to us for translation or editing.

All documents that we receive sent via email, fax or snail mail are considered confidential. All information and documents are to be released only to our translators and other authorized personnel.

Is my credit card information secure?

All credit card services are provided by a third party verified merchants account provider. The credit card information is encrypted and not stored in our servers. For further information about our other services, please contact us via email or phone.

Delivery

Can you mail my documents to the Consulate or to my lawyer?

Yes, the translated documents can be mailed to ANY specified address in the U.S. We send your documents via USPS Priority free of charge. For an estimate of the overseas delivery fees, please advise the delivery address with a zip code.

How long does it take to arrive once you send it?

Delivery time varies depending on where you live. You would receive a tracking number via email to track the delivery of your translation project. Our complimentary USPS Priority delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. Next day service is available for an additional fee.

How do I know if my documents are sent?

Once your documents are mailed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your document at usps website.

Payment

How much does it cost?

Translation fees vary depending on the size and the page count of the document. Depending on the type of document, and the degree of difficulty, translation of one page of document ranges from $60 to $90. The fee includes affidavit of translation, email delivery and USPS Priority delivery fee.

How can I pay?

There are two easy ways to pay. We accept payments via major credit or ATM card, check or money order. You can process your payment via phone or online. Please make your check or money order payable to ABC Link and mail it to our West Coast Mail Station.

Process

I have my documents to be translated. What do I do now?

There are three ways to send your documents. You can email, fax or snail mail your documents to our closest location. For the fastest service, please email or fax your documents.

Upon receipt of your document, we will provide you with an estimate, including fees and delivery times.

How long does it take? 

Delivery time varies depending on what is required. Most documents are ready via email in 2-4 business days.  A 24-hour express delivery is also available for an additional fee of $195 up to 10 pages. Please inquire.
